Delete your Snapica account

You can request the permanent deletion of your Snapica account and associated personal data at any time.

Request deletion

Send an email from the address connected to your Snapica account to support@snapica.app with the subject Delete my Snapica account.

What will be deleted

• Your Snapica user profile and account-related profile data.
• Your submitted photos where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
• Associated account statistics and private account information.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or resolving disputes. Public interactions may be anonymized where appropriate.
