1. Using Snapica

You may use Snapica only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity associated with your account.

2. User content

You keep ownership of content you create. By uploading content, you give Snapica the permissions reasonably necessary to store, display, moderate and distribute that content within the service.

3. Community rules

Do not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing or otherwise harmful content. Do not manipulate voting, harass users, impersonate others or attempt to disrupt the service.

4. Challenges, votes and rankings

Challenge results, rankings, XP and achievements are features of the service and may change as Snapica evolves. Attempts to manipulate these systems may result in content removal or account restriction.

5. Premium features

Paid features may be introduced in the future. Pricing, trials, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase and handled according to the relevant app-store requirements.

6. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, enforce these terms or comply with law. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
